Kim grew up in a family of business owners and inherited the entrepreneurial spirit herself. She started her first business at the age of 17 and never looked back. She has been on both sides of the recruiting process and aims to help others avoid some of the pitfalls of recruitment and the job search. She doesn’t believe that an employer should deal with unethical, dishonest employees, and she doesn’t think that employees should have to put up with being bullied, miserable, anxious, or stifled. Her mission is to educate employers and job seekers to give them the tools and knowledge they need to make both sides of the recruitment process simple, easy, and stress-free.
